Training Philosophy

I create an exercise program for you that balances the mind and body and increases your energy for optimal performance for the functions of daily life.
My style of personal training works each client to their maximum limits. We will assess your limitations, strengths and weaknesses in the first session so I can plan the workouts accordingly. Proper form is encouraged to prevent injury and help you workout each muscle effectively. The workouts integrate stability and medicine balls, Bosu, kettle bells, weights, cardio drills and more. You will never be bored!

Having a trainer keeps you focused and on track, provides encouragement, motivation, inspiration, advises on the correct exercises and regimen to achieve your fitness goals.
